Allegory of the Boxes

A large exhibit encapsulates the majority of the people
In the exhibit there is a series of concrete boxes
Not a single soul knows what is inside them but the owner of them
As an owner they can present their box however they please
Blood and swords randomly placed
Berries and ice cream in a china bowl
Each box is unique
The exhibit hosts a PARTY for the tenants that live inside
On the agenda the party will chat, eat, dance, and have a surprise
So let the party start!
Tossing and banging back and forth
Yelling, singing, and laughing throughout the area
Then a rupture...
BANG!
Each box shoots up and shatters in many colors like a firework!
The exploding concrete boxes isn't where the attention is though
It is on what was underneath the boxes
Each human being stands by where their box was
They stare at what they have kept so secret in the tiny jail they all kept locked
Two Siberian tigers fighting to the death is what each container held
Each prisoner is ashamed to think that others are staring at their angry tigers
But they are not
This is soon realized and the once happy, carefree tenants to the exhibit
are now miserable and embarrassed captives to the walled cage
They gather at the center and lay with one another until the tigers have defeated their match
The fighting never stops
People are old and dying
The quiet one goes to the wall of the exhibit and lifts
Others come to join
They yell
"Here is the surprise!"
